This is an interesting patch/emblem, I came across it while cleaning out my mom’s house my grandfather was in WW2 I’m just not 100% sure as to what this is. On the back it shows directions for fabrics, etc. It also looks like it could glow or be visible at night? I’m not 100% sure what it’s worth, so I’ll take offers! Thanks for looking
