This eBay listing is for a vintage historical WWII era photo that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. The photograph is captioned: "Law Enforcement in a Segregated Army" The African American Legacy. The total size, counting the frame, is 18" across by 16" tall. I took the tape off on the back and removed a few of the pegs to inspect the photo inside and while it looks to be very good quality - it doesn't have the glossy finish on the front so I think it could be a copy of an original photograph. So, I'm going to call it a reproduction. I could be wrong, but that is what my gut is telling me. The picture inside is approx 8 x 11 (I forgot to measure it before putting it back together).
