Oscar Carvajal Saddlery in San Antonio, Texas is the maker. It sounds like they were active in the 1970's for replica holsters, but I'm just finding bits and pieces of information off the web so I have no idea about the age. In fact, the only thing I feel fairly certain of is that it is a reproduction and not a government contract made holster. However, this came out of an storied (started in the 1800's) American saddle shop, so it isn't a flimsy poor quality import.
