These are NOT authentic WW2. Fine for SMLE's, nominally appropriate for #4 Enfields, and these saw use right up until quite recently. They are still manufactured in various Commonwealth countries. It bears a khaki sling for illustration purposes ( it's easier to see in that lighting!).
