This seems to be a handmade plaque where paper was affixed to a wooden board and then covered in a clear coating. It is approximately 10”x12” it is discolored a bit from age and one or two of the corners are loosening from the wood. But it is still Able to be displayed and presents great. See photos. Shelf 2
