The book has been flat signed (not inscribed) by Boyington on the inside title page in black Sharpie. It is rare to find these not signed to a previous owner. A rare find indeed! Sadly, all but a very few of these pilots and crew have long passed and their signatures are what is left as a direct link to their story and this history.
